The Ranch

Pilot Butte Hereford Ranch consists of 4000+ acres that is a mix of irrigation and range land that starts about 2 miles east of Prineville heading up behind Ochoco Reservoir. Nestled between Paulina Highway and Ochoco Highway, the ranch has a mix of cows, deer and elk with views of the cascades and ochoco mountain ranges.

We like to consider it paradise, without the little umbrella drinks.

The development portions of the ranch is on our southwest portion of the ranch that is the farthest corner of the UGB for the city of Prineville. The total UGB acreage is about 135 acres bordered by a few hundred acres of irrigated property. It is safe to say, this is the end of the UGB in this direction for Prineville, which is perfect for us.
